I got my first huge smile from Mia during this moment. I was singing to them while my brother played the piano. I was singing "Apologize" by One Republic.

To me!!!!! Yesterday I turned the big 3-0!!!! Goodbye 20's!!! I'm glad to see you go!!

The girls had their 2 month check up this morning. They also had their shots. They got four shots in their little legs. Poor baby girls. They cried for a minute but as soon as we picked them up and snuggled them, they calmed down. Mia cried more than Sam. I felt so bad. I just pray they will be fine the rest of the day. I don't want them to feel any pain.

They weighed both girls and let me just say. I got some big girls!!!

They both got a clean bill of health, their shots and an appointment in two months. Yay!

All is well in our home. God is good!!!

Lucky Mommy

I have to tell you guys that I am a lucky woman. I don't mean to gush over my babies. Well, yes I do... it is my blog you know!! LOL

My girls slept through the night again last night!!! Woot woot!! And mommy did too!!

Dear Sammy and Mia,

You are the lights of my eyes. My world, my everything. I have waited so long for you two and finally you are here with me. Every moment of my day is spent thinking and talking about the two of you. You are two very important and special people in my life. I thank God for you girls everyday. You are my true miracles and I love you so very much.

These two precious little angels slept through the night last night!!! 8 hours!!! Now, if you could please tell their mommy to stop worrying about them and take the opportunity to get some much needed rest when this happens. I would really appreciate that! LOL

I don't know how I am going to get through this day on only a few hours of sleep. Oh, work was good yesterday and all three of us were just fine! :)

I am counting down the hours until I pick them up.

Two more days...

Until I go back to work. It is so bitter sweet. I am going to miss my babies so much.

Some of you asked what we are going to do with them since we both work full time. Here is the schedule:

Monday- In home daycare
Tuesday- Mother in Law
Wednesday- In home daycare
Thursday- Mother in Law
Friday- My mom at our house

I will be driving all over God's creation. Goodness! The good news is, our in home daycare provider is giving us an awesome deal! I am getting ready to wake the babes up, give them a bath and take off to meet her. She is my moms best friends neighbor. I hear she is pretty amazing! I am scared but I have faith that this is happening for a reason. God will not put my babies in harms way.

I got my first smile today from Sammy!!! She is so darn cute. I was touching her lips and talking to her and she kept smiling up at me. It melts my heart. Steve witnessed it too. It was precious.

Well I better get going so I'm not late! Have a wonderful day everyone!

Oh yeah, I have a brand new Medela Pump in Style breast pump that I literally used a hand full of times (for one week only) that I would like to sell. If anyone is interested in it, please email me. I would like to get rid of it so I can buy more formula and diapers!! LOL These girls go through a lot!!!

I am so sorry that I have no time to comment on your blogs right now. I want to so bad. I go back to work next week so I will have a lot more time to read up on you all and start commenting again! Yay! The downside, I'm not with my babies all day anymore. Boo. I am so scared and sad and happy to go back to work. I'm having mixed emotions. I'm ready for adult conversations and some free time even though I am working. I am excited to actually do some work again since I don't have 20 pounds in front of me anymore! LOL

Mia has a cold. Poor baby girl. She is doing really well though. A little fussy but nothing we can't handle. I took her to the doctor yesterday and they weighed her. 9 lbs 3 oz!!! That's my BIG girl!! I am excited to see what Sammy weighs. I am pretty sure she is above 10 lbs because she is bigger than her peanut sister.

My girls are absolutely beautiful. I stare at them all the time. I can't believe I made them. They are mine! It is unbelievable. God is so good! Absolutely amazing!! I can't believe this......
